Cleanup, onboarding and implementation

Get started on solid ground. These one-time projects are quoted separately after reviewing your needs.

Cleanup

Reconcile prior periods and correct historical records so ongoing work starts with reliable information. Cleanup is common when the books have fallen months behind, when transactions were categorized inconsistently, or when bank balances and the books no longer agree.

For complicated cleanup work, we may recommend a paid diagnostic before quoting the full project. Its fee and deliverables are agreed in advance.

Onboarding

Connect systems, establish access, organize reporting, and define the monthly workflow, so everyone knows what’s needed each month and when.

Implementation

Build or improve job-costing processes, reporting, cash forecasts, and software workflows. This is where cost codes, job tracking and the link between field software and the books get set up. See job costing basics for what that involves.

Common questions

How much does cleanup cost?

It depends on how far behind the books are and how complex the records are. Cleanup is quoted after reviewing your needs.
