AM Financial (“AM Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides bookkeeping, financial reporting and business advisory services. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website. Information we handle while working for a client is also governed by our service agreement with that client.

When you complete our discovery questionnaire, we collect the answers you give: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you provide one, preferred contact method, the challenges you select, your industry, annual revenue range, team size, the state where your business is based, who handles your books, your accounting software, any field or project-management software you name, your answers to follow-up questions, your preferred timing, your response about our starting prices, and any message you add. We also record which page of our website you came from and any service package you selected.
Your answers stay in your browser until you press “Send my discovery request.” Nothing is sent before then, and your answers are not saved in cookies or browser storage or placed in web addresses.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, payroll records or other sensitive financial information through this website. If you become a client, we will explain how to share the documents needed for your engagement.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Delivering any web page requires processing technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our website’s own code does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party scripts.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To understand your business needs and prepare a proposal. The questionnaire suggests a possible starting point using fixed rules; it is not a final scope or quote, and we review every inquiry ourselves.

Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails or text messages.
How information is shared
Questionnaire responses are delivered by email to our business inbox through an email delivery service. Our website does not store questionnaire responses in a database. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
